Pump out a little gel onto your hands, add water; rub until a light lather forms. Massage into wet skin in a circular motion, making sure you cleanse the edges of your nose and neck area. Rinse well with warm water after use. Try not to have the water too hot as this can dry out your skin. Use twice daily for best results Precautions: Make sure it does not get into your eyes. If it does then rinse well with water immediately.
